How to (customize) a Plone 3 Theme
Installing Your Theme
Go to Site Setup; Add-on Products and select your theme and click Install.
You'll notice (perhaps not on the first run) that your theme has now been applied (not just installed).
You can go to Themes and toggle back and forth between Plone default and your new theme.
Warning
You may find that Plone is a little reluctant to redisplay your new theme in all it's glory immediately. Redisplaying the page is normally enough.
