How to re-create a Plone site from scratch
Change the Main Page
Click on Home then Edit
Change Title and Description then delete all content from Body text -- we need to do the latter to get the opportunity to change the body to restructured text.
Click Save.
Click Edit again and then Edit without visual editor below the body.
Change the body's Text Format to reStructured Text and add content.
Click Save.
