How to re-create a Plone site from scratch
Customize the logo
Go to Site Setup; ZMI; portal_skins; plone_images; logo.jpg
Click Customize.
Click Choose File and find the example.gif and click Upload.
Change Title to Example Industries.
Change Content Type to image/gif.
Click Save Changes.
